So many of us are taking big life-changing leaps right now. We’re leaping from the corporate world into self-employment. We’re reinventing our old business or leaping into a new one. We’re selling up, moving on and starting over. What’s most often underpinning these big leaps is the very real desire to do work (and live a life) of meaning and purpose. We’re in search of ways to create an ‘enlightened livelihood’ that is in service to ourselves, others and the planet. I’ve taken two very big leaps in my life – one in 2001 and the other in 2010. Both of these leaps have enabled me to discover my ‘why’. Last month I gave one of my most vulnerable and honest interviews on my big leaps for Of Kin The Leap Series.
